THE POLLARDS

Once more the clevei? members of the Pollard Opera Company are to be with us, though for all too brief a season. The theatre : going public owes them a debt of gratitude for th 9 many happy hours that have been enjoyed, and since " gratitude consists in a lively sense of benefits to come," the Theatre Royal ought to be crowded every night during next week. The company will arrive to-morrow by steamer from Wellington, and will open a short season at the Theatre Royal on Monday nig-ht. There, and then, the opportunity will be afforded for laughing a.t, and with, the characters in the musical comedy entitled, "The Gr-y Parisienne," an already tested and kev.Jyappreciated production.
