*> A meeting of the committee of the Linwo..d Football Club was held last availing in tho club-rooms ; present — Messrs tt. Orchard (chairman), .E. M. Carr, H. 6. Stringer, F. O'Brien, and F. H. Cowpor (secretary). After so^e routine business the question of outstajncling subscriptions was fully dealt with, and it was decided that tho na.*ues ot all members whose subscriptions were unpaid by the enfci of February should bo handed in to tho club's solicitor. It was decided to hold the annual meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 14. It was resolved to. send senior and junior teams to Dunedin at Easter to play the annual matches against tho Union Club. Tlie Treasurer reported that when the' outstanding subscriptions werfr paid, (he finances of the club would be in a very satisfactory state.
