Captain. Edwin telegraphed the following weather forecast to-day: — "Wind — Between west and south-west nnd Fouth in all parts of tho country. Barometer — Further rise at all places. Sea— Moderating, on both coasts. Tides— Generally good. Showers may bo expected in places south of Napier and New Plymouth. ,
