CHRISTCHURCFT. Tuesday, Sept. 27. i (Before Mr K. Beetham, S.M.) Refusing to Quit Licenbep Premises. — C. Manning, W. Alston, and C. W. j Tullie were charged with refusing to. quit Warner's Hotel when requested to do so by the manager. Mr Kippenberger appeared for the accused, who pleaded gnilty. Henry Allen stated that he was manager of Warner's Hotel. ; Shortly after eleven o'clock; on Sept.l 7, when opening the' door to admit certain boatraers, the accused en- < tered the hotel.
