Mr Justice Williams gave his decisior ■ to-day in the matter of the remuneratiot > of the liquidators of the Colonial Bank, a; ' reported from the registrar. Mr Vigers was allowed -EISOO per annum np to Qct ' 31, 1897, and __1200 per annum up 't< February, 189 S. Messrs Simpson and Eamsay are to be considered as paid in full to August, 1896, when they drew ..700, Up to November, 1597, their remuneration is to be at the rate of __iOOO a year. Up tc Feb. 28 they had drawn -.50 per month , and the Judge thought they should be considered paid in full up to that period.
