FORECAST.
I WEATHER Captain Edwin sent the following weather forecast to Captain Clark, harbour-master, yesterday after"Wind between north-ea*t and north and west at all places northward of Timaru and Queensand between north and west and south-west thence southward. Baronnter fall soon at all places northward of Napier and New Plymouth, fall elsewhere, but rising southward of Timaru and Queenstown after ten hours. Sea very on all western coast, and heavy on east coast south of Napier. ■ ides heavy on all western coast, on east coast south of Napier; moderate elsewhere. Northerly gales with rain are to be expec ted at all places north of Napier and New Plyheavy northerly gales with rain then c to and Queenstowu, and westerly gales from southward."
