' The tribesmen on the north-west frontier- of India who have not completed the payment oi: the fines imposed on them for taking part in the frontier rising, have implored Colonel Lpcfchart not to invade their territory, and have suggested theiurniahing of hostages as a security for the payment of the amount. CABUL, March 18. The Mehran tribesmeu concerned in the recent rising at Beluchistan have been fined fifty thousand rupees.
