LAWN TENNIS.

■ .* On Saturday a team from the Woodend Tennis Club journeyed to Christchurch and played a match against a team from the Windsor Club, which resulted in a win for the former club by five games. Some of the matches were somewhat interfered with by showers of rain which fell during the afternoon. Refreshments were served by the Windsor Club.
