The attendance &v une \jreraiaine iorirightly sale on Wednesday was good and he entry of sheep was somewhere about .2,000, which is the biggest entry seen in he y«ards for a long time. The majority, lowever, were not of a saleable class, but all ;ood sheep in the yards found a ready sale ,t satisfactory prices. Fat lambs brought ip to 10s 2d ; medium lambs to 6s ; store ambs, from 43 to ss ; two-tooth wethers, is to 10s ; two-tooth ewes, Cs to 7s; old : wes, from Is to 2s ; breeding ewes, from • ■s to ss. There was a small entry of pigs, ] nd prices were higher than usual for 1 mall Ptores. There was a fair entry of ] attle, but business was dull. (
