Collins -1 (Mr Hall), Martha Morris (Mr Rolleston), Elizabeth Le Vaillant (Mr Beswick), John y Taylor (Mr Brown), Elizabeth Millton (Mr Meares), William Curnow (Mr Joyce), Mary Ann Cuddon (Mr Mills). Applications for probate in the deceased estates of Patrick Hanley (Mr Malley) and Jean Manson (Mr Hall) were held over. Letters of administration were granted in the estate of William Smith, deceased, on the application of Mr Brown. ROSE V. ORR AND ANOTHER. Mr M'Connel applied for certain costs in this estate.
