His Honor Mr Justice Denniston sat ir '* Chambers at 11 a.m., and disposed of the i following cases : — y Probates were granted in the following estates of deceased persons : — William Neil] j (Mr Stringer), John Grubb (Mr Hall), , John Troup (Mr" Brown), Annie E. Collins -1 (Mr Hall), Martha Morris (Mr Rolleston), Elizabeth Le Vaillant (Mr Beswick), John y Taylor (Mr Brown), Elizabeth Millton (Mr Meares), William Curnow (Mr Joyce), Mary Ann Cuddon (Mr Mills). Applications for probate in the deceased estates of Patrick Hanley (Mr Malley) and Jean Manson (Mr Hall) were held over. Letters of administration were granted in the estate of William Smith, deceased, on the application of Mr Brown. ROSE V. ORR AND ANOTHER. Mr M'Connel applied for certain costs in this estate. Mr Deacon contra. After argument, his Honor made the order as prayed. PARKER AND OB.R V. SALT A>TD OTHERS. • This was an application by Mr Beswick ' for the. examination of the plaintiff. Mr b Hill contra. b His Honor fixed the examination for the next sitting in Chambers after his re- ' turn.
