RESOLUTIONS OE CENSURE, i United Press Association— Uy Electric Telegraph— Copyright. 0 Beceived Jan. 10, 9.2:5 a.m. _ LONDON, Jan 9. j The Sunderland Trades Council has t carried resolutions censuring Mr b Thomas Burt, the member for Morpeth, and a former Parliamentary ' Secretary of the Board of Trade, for asserting- that the present conditions of work were fair. ! Mr John Burns has issued a violent manifesto against Sir Christopher Furness, the well-known shipbuilder, who recently contested the by-election for Cork City in the Liberal interests. The attack was founded upon Mr Eurness' membership with the Employers' Federation, and upon his action in ordering a lock-out of his employes who recently struck.
