The infant son of the Eev W. S. Bean, ■vicar of Addington, died early this morning. Very great sympathy is felt for Mr and Mrs Bean, both in tho parish and beyond its bounds, for the vicar of Addington and his wife have gained much reaped; and esteem from those among whom they have laboured. A telegram was received from Mr Foster from Greymouth this morning, to the effect that he will reach Christclmrch tomorrow evening. '
