NEW YEAR'S DAY POSTAL ARRANGEMENTS.
The Post Office will be closed all day. Mails for despatch on New Yeai's Day will close at 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 31. A counter delivery of letters will be made at Chief Post Office from 8.30 to 9.30 p.m. on Friday. A special clearance of all letter receivers will be made on Friday at 4 p.m. There will be no clearance on New Year's Day. R. Kikton, Chief Postmaster.
