PRIZE DISTRIBUTION.
BURWOOD. The annual distribution of prizes at the Burwood school took place last Thursday afternoon. The Rev F. R. Inwood presided, and apologised for the absence of Mr Turner, the chairman. Books were presented to all the children from the infants upwards, besides special prizes. At the conclusion cheers were given for the donor of special prizes (Mi-3 Dilloway), the Chairman, committee and teachers. The following is the prize-lißt : — Sewhsp -. Standard VI. — Blanche Alexander. Standard v.—Lizzie Bliss. Standard IV.— Annie. Spencer. Standard lll.— Beswie Grant. Standard I .—Ruby Inwood. standard I.— Hannah Ryan. Button - lioliup : Standard VI. — Muud Byrne. Standard V.—Lizzie Bliss. Stand rd IV.— Alice Harrison. Special sowing — Winnie Bliss.
