There was another packed house at the Theatre Royal last evening, when Mr Bland Holt repeated In Sirjht of St Paul's The performance from beginning to end was received with loud and prolonged applause, the great fire scene cveatm* quite a, sensation. At the close of each act the performers were called before the curtain, and at the end of the piece Mr Holt received quite an ovation This evening In Sight of St Paul's will be ropeatcd for the last time, and will o-ive place to-morrow evening to One of the Best. In consequence of the management not being able to arrange for the steamer to be delayed on Tuesday night; the season will close on Monday. The Flying Jordans gave a matinee yesterday, when the programme was carried out exactly as it is at the evening performances. In the evening there was a large and enthusiastic audience, and the performance was greatly appreciated, several of the items having to be repeated. The marvellous v/ire act of Mdlle Arragon, the horizontal bar performance of "the Mario Bros., the cycle business of Mr Schrader, and the sensational performance of the Flying Jordans on the aerial bars and trapezes, all came in for loud applause. Before the performance Mr Lamont performed his dive of 75ft into a net in "full view of the public. The performance will be repeated to-night, and to-morrow evening there will be a change of programme. There was a good attendance at the Oddfellows' Hall last night, when the Kineuiatograph Syndicate produced several new pictures. Among these were a splendid piece of English artillery gun drill, a pretty scene of two children at play, and the eight-oared rowing match at Henley regatta. The usual programme of music and recitation was given. Mr W. Mackenzie earned au encore for his song " Off to Philadelphia," as did Mr Norris for his fancy roller skating. The spectators were emphatic in re-demanding many of the kinematograph views, and the exhibition has certainly lost none of its interest. Owing to certain alterations in the machinery the pictures are now being better shown than on previous occasions. At the Opera House last night the attendance at the military tableau concerts showed a slight improvement. Miss A. Corrick was in excellent voice, and earned a well-deserved encore. The gramophone again excited the wonder and amusement of the audience. The kinematograph at Messrs . Tonks, Norton and Co.'s met with a fair amount of patronage. ,?
