A special summons of the Greek Chamber to deal with the situation arising out of the war, proved futile. Two meetings were held, but proved abortive owing to the absence of Government supporters. Ralli, leader of the Opposition, has formed a coalition Ministry with the object of reorganising the army and concluding an honourable peace.
