I Sports Association. — The Geraldine St Patrick's Day Sports Association held its annual meeting on Wednesday night at Wooley's Hotel, when there was a good attendance of members, and Mr P.. Y. Ferguson was voted to the chair. The balancesheet showed a credit balance of .£ll 'os 7d in hand, aud the sum of .£l3 in subscriptions had yet to come in. The outstanding liabilities amounted to .£5. Tho balance-sheet was adopted as most satisfactory. The following officers were elected : — Patrons, Messrs A. E. G. Rhodes and F. R. Flatman, M.H.R. ; president, Mr J. W. Pye; vice-presidents, Messrs J. Murray, R. H. Pearpoint and Dr Hislop ; treasurer, Mr John Farrell; secretary, Mr E. O'Malley. A committee consisting of twenty members was also appointed. Several recommendations were made to tho now committee. It was proposed that a few fire brigade events should bo added to the 2>rogramme, also a roadster bicycle race, and that the Railway Department should be approached to concede cheap faros for travelling on St Patrick's Day. Tho committeo decided to meet on Wednesday next to draw up the programme. The meoting terminated with the usual •Votes of thanks to the outgoing officers. Lyttelton Harbour Board. — Nominations for tho election of members of tho Lyttelton Harbour Board will closo on Feb. 1 as follows :— Two persons to represent the City of Christchurcli, one for Lyttelton, ono for Sydenham, one for St Albans and ono for the united boroughs of Linwood, Woolston and Sumner. " Tho election will bo held on Feb. 8. Sydenham Monet Club. — The annual meeting of the Sydenham and Suburban Co-operativo Money, Club will tako place at tho Wesleyan schoolroom, Colombo Road, on Friday next at 8 p.m.
