BKEAKDOWN OF THE PROSECUTION. [Per Press Association. I - LONDON, Jan. 20. The hearing o£ the charge of conspiracy against the alleged dynamitard, Bell, wag resumed at Bow Street Court to-day, but owing to the absence of proof of accused's connection with the Antwerp dynamite factory the case was withdrawn and Bell was discharged. Sir White Eidley, Home Secretary, replying to strictures made in the House of Commons on the unsatisfactory ending of the Tynan conspiracy trials, declared that notwithstanding their failure the police had -prevented & great disaster.
