A VIGOROUS CRUSADE. [Per Press Association.'! LONDON, Jan. 5. Sir Edward Clarke, iv adaressing his constituents at Plymouth, supported a commission on the financial relations of Ireland. The agitation is arousing great interest in England, and the Irish claims are generally being vigorously contested.
