THE CZAR'S TOUR.

ARRIVAL IN PARIS. FRENZIED ENTHUSIASM. [Per Press Association.! PAEIS, Oct. 6. Glorious weather was experienced for the celebration of the arrival of the Csar in Paris.; Tho enormous crowds who thronged the streets wore almost frenzied in their enthusiasm as the royal procession passed through the chief places of interest. The decorations were very striking .and. brilliant. The Bourse was closed, in honour of the occasion. ■•;■■■. Oct. 7... Millions of spectators witnessed the.; procession of the'-Czar and party; They "were largely 'composed of 'pro-: vinciat residents and foreigners, and of chiefly the middle class,, as the workers seemed to abstain from taking any part. The route along which the procession moved passed the Russian Embassy, and was six mi'es in length, ana included the Avenue dv Buis de Boulogne, Arc de Triomphe and Avenue des Champ Elyeees to the Place de la Concorde. Twenty-four thousand troops three deep forme t a guard. In tie windows, balconies, roofs of houses and trees were clustered spectators. It was a marvellous pageant and passed off without a hitch. The Erench were delirious with enthusiasm, while the English observers in the immense concourse, curiously enough refrained from making any demonstration. On arrival at the terminus a salute of one hundred and one guns was fired, and bands played the " Russian Anthem" and the "Marseillaise," Eifteen carriages which formed part of the escort contained Algerian and Tunisian chiefs, and were drawn by Arab steeds. The Czar and President Eaure rode together, and their immediate bodyguard was comprised of generals. The Czarina looked very beautiful in white satin, and her gracious style quite captivated the populace. - VIENNA, Oct. 7. The newspapers here ridicule the political, hypnotism which compels the astounding and unmeasured adora^ tion of the Czar.
