THE BURN HAM FIRE ENGINE.
Yesterday Superintendent Smith received a letter from Mr G. W. Eussell, M.H.R., statiug that he had addressed the Minister of Education in respect to obtaining a locally-made fire engine for the Burnham Industrial School, and had received a reply to the effect that if* fire protection at Burnham necessitated a now engine, a matter under consideration, colonial manufacturers will have every chance possible.
