A telegram from Dunediri states that several selectors Of sections in the Maraewheniia Estate were before the Land Board, on Sept. 9, to show cause why their sections should not. bo. forfeited for noncompliance with tlie regulations in not maintaining qiie-third of the area in grass. The Board decided that these should at once put down certain areas in grass, and it was intimated that the Government would. insist on the conditions being strictly complied with. ;
