Moffatt to be harbour-master at Motuekaand Lieutenant Okey to be captain of the Taranaki 1 Eifles. The Te Awamutu Mounted Rifles have been disbanded, and the commissions of ■ the officers lapse. ; George Swain, of Stewart Island, has [ resigned from the commission of the peace, and Dr Anson as surgeon of the Wellington • Navals.
