LONDON, August 27. There is indication of increasing friendship between Prance, Russia aud Italy. General Tomielli Brusati di Verganio, Italian Ambassador in France, has been summoned to Home, nominally in connection with a commercial treaty between Italy aud Tunis, but it is surmised that his real mission has wider aims.
