[Per Press Association.! WELLINGTON, May 20. •Dr Watters delivered a funeral address over Sir P. Buckley's remains. There was a large attendance, and the pi'ocession left at 2.30 p.m. for the Karori Cemetery, taking its way through the centro of the town. A groat number of wreaths were sent in by friends.
