THE ARBITRATION COUBT. [Pee Pbebs Association.] <■ WELLINGTON, Nov. 30. In the Midland arbitration case to-day Mr Gully applied for further particulars as to the Company 's claims in respect of mining reserves, Clause 88 of the contract (dealing with applications for land), timber claimß and generally as to the various matters claimed. . For the Company it was contended that further 'particulars as to Clause 33 were handed in yesterday, and this was admitted. .. ■•• '■■'■■■]>. ■■;'■ : ' ■^•': •■ . ■; The Company then agreed to give, as many particulars -as posiible regarding mining reserves on Monday. '. . . Mr Gully announced that the Govern* ment was willing to accept Mr Blake's suggestion, : and treat the notice of appoint" ment of arbitration given by the Company to the Crown as giving notice of the other , matters mentioned in the second statement of claim ia addition to the seizure of the line. The effeot of this will now bring within the scope of arbitration all the objections held by the Company since the seizure of the line.
