CRIMINAL SITTINGS.
Saturday, Nov. 30. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Dennieton.) The Court resumed at 10 o'clock this morning. BREACH of the bankbuptoy aot. Mr Joynt, counsel for Benjamin Hale, oharged with a breach of the Bankruptcy Aot, addressed the jury on his behalf. Mr Cresswell addressed the jury on behalf of the prosecution. His Honor summed up. The jury retired at two minutes to one. J^After a retirement of an hour and a half the jury were called in. - Replying to His Honor, the foreman said that the jury had not come to any decision but there was a possibility of their doing so in the course of two hours. The Court then adjourned till 3.30. Up to the time of going to press no decision had been arrived at.
