WAR OFFICE REFORM.
[Special to Pbkss Association.] LONDON, Augubt 28. It is reported that the War Qffice scheme includes Sir Evelyn "Wood as Adjutant-General, the Duke of Connaught as Quartermaster-General, and Sir E. Buller as Commander at Aldershot. The Duke of Cambridge has written to the Government condemning the proposed army reforms. He contends that government by a Council will prove abortive.
