Pbesident's Cup Matches.-— Owing to the wet weather, all the President's Cup matches set down for Saturday last were postponed. Gospel Temperance Meeting. — A gospel temperance meeting was held at the North Belt Presbyterian Church yesterday evening. There was a good attendance. The Bey B. Erwin occupied the ohair. Short addresses on temperance were delivered by the Revs J. J. Doke, H. B. Dewabury and A. Mitchell.
