The Paris Faculty of Medicine seem to be paying praiseworthy attention to the discovery of new channels by which disease may be transmitted. Inquiries show, they announce, that diptheria may be spread by means of the telephone. Several cases have occurred at the Central Telephone Bureau in Paris, and they recommend the use of a specially- prepared antiseptic, in connection with the instruments, for stopping the spread of the contagion.
