TO THE EDITOR.
Sir,— Those women who have depended entirely on the evening instruction in connection with the above Association do not feel fitted for the examination advertised I .to begin to-morrow. For instance, they I have been told to " practise bandaging by themselves;" but they cannot practise what they have not been duly taught.— l am, &c, SISTEB.
