Committal for Trial.
[Peb Pbess Association.] MASTEETON, June 8.
Somerville was before .the Court today, charged with the murder of Herbert. No new evidence was adduced. The accused was committed for trial. The prisoner throughout maintained an indifferent aspect, though keenly watching the evidence, ' especially Mr M'Hutcheon's, who had been talking to Herbert when tbe fatal shot waß fired.
