Heak.— May 29, 1895. at his residence. 53, Ward Street, Addington, John Davis Hean, son of the late Captain Robert Hean, and grandson of the late Captain John Davis, both of Plymouth, Eng. land, after a long and painful illness, in his sixty-first year. Marshall.— May 28, at his mother's residence, Hanover Street, Dunedin, Joseph Greenwood, late of Christehurch, the beloved husband of Elizabeth Marshall, and eldest son of the late John H. Marshall, after a lons and painful illness; aged thirty-four years. Deeply regretted.
