The Frozen Meat Trade.

Afc the Borough Council Chambers today a large and enthusiastic meeting of settlers from all parts of the district assembled to hear an address from Mr D. J. Nathan on his Boheme for the improvement of the frozen meat trade. At the conclusion of the address a hearty vote of thanks was accorded to Mr Nathan, and the following resolution was carried unanimously :—•" That this meeting desires the Minister of Agriculture to call a meeting of delegates from the various agricultural and pastoral associations, farmers' olub apd meat export companies to discuss the present position with a view of suggesting a Bcheme, either Mr Nathan's, or some other."
