Local Government Bill.
[from our special correspondent.] WELLINGTON, Mat 29. Eeplyine this morning to a deputation from the Executive Committee of the New Zealand Counties Association, asking that a copy of the Local Government Bill should be forwarded to all local bodies in the colony, the Premier said this would be done immediately after the Bill had been' introduced in the House. tt would be introduced before the end of « July, and the second reading would be fixed at a reasonable date, in order to give ample time for discussion. Tbe Bill would provide, amongst other things, for the simplification and readjustment of boundaries ' of local bodies.
