The Tokatea Gold-mining Company ofHauraki, with a capital of .£150,000, is issuing £62,500 on the London market.

It is rumoured that a rich find of geld has been made in this district, bub the locality and the names of the finders have aot yet. baen disclosed.
WESTPOBT, Mat 11.
The coal export for the week ended today was:— Weatport Coal Company, 3520 tons;, Cardiff Coai Company, 718 tone.
GREYMOUTH, Mat 12. The coal export for the week was 2070 tons.
EEEPTON, Mat 12.
The following ate the gold returns for the week :•— Progress, 138oz of amalgam from' llo tons; Hercules, 131oz of amalgam from 105 tons.
DUNEDIN, Mat 11. The return of tbe Dunedin Gold Dredging Company is 17oz of gold.
