WEST ETRETON.
The annual meeting of ratepayers was held on May 8 ; present— Messrs J. Addinell (chairman), J. Conway, J. Dixon, A. Hunter, F. G. Horrell, W. Smith and S. Sheat. The annual report and balancesheet were read, ahowing tho receipts for the year to have boen £2730 4s 2d and the expenditure .£2238 10a 7d. There was a balanoe of assets over liabilities of £3389 13s 4d. On tho motion of Mr Addinell, seconded by Mr Hunter, the report and balance-sheet were adopted, subject to audit. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to the outgoing members of the Board for their past services.
