[Pee Press Association.} WELLINGTON, Apbil 30. All the judges are present at the Appeal Court, and there iB a large attendance of the bar. Fifteen cases are down for hearing. It has been arranged that the application under the Law Practitioners Act in regard to Messrs Harper should be taken last. The appeal in the case of the Christchurch Finance Company v. Coop— in which the facts are the same as in the same company v. Black, lately decided by the Privy Council — was dismissed by consent with .£2O costs.
