THE SILVER QUESTION.
[Special to Pases Association,! WASHINGTON, Mabch 81. In the Houae of Eepresentatives Mr Henderson has introduced a Bill directing the Treasury to coin silv^ on the seigniorage of bullion in the Treasury. The measure is almost identical with the Bill which wai vetoed by the President. [t is feared that the action of the President in vetoing the Seigniorage Bill will seriously imperil the Tariff Bill. Apbil 1. . Senator Bland is asking the Lower House to ignore President Cleveland* veto of the Silver Bill.
