She was loaded with stone, ; and a man named Eobert Toung, who waa ! in charge of her, was adviaed to leave, aa i his position waa dangerous, but he refused. This morning h.ia body was found on Bhore. It had a life-belt on, and his watch, carefully wrapped up in leather, was still going. The poor fellow had evidently tried hard to save himself. , He was unmarried. It is said that lights were observed on board, a3 though he was trying to signal, but this ie not confirmed.
