The Thames Heresy Case.— At a recent meeting of the Ladies' Association in connection with St James's Presbyterian Church, Thames, discussion ensued upon what was termed "the arbitrary, unfeeling and unfair action of the Auckland Presbytery in not allowing the Eev Neill any opportunity of saying farewell to hia congregation." It was unanimously resolved — "That the Association cease connection with the church, and re-form, with power to add_ to the number, and act energetically in connection with the services which Mr Neill will commence next Sunday in St George's Hall."
