[Pxb Pbbßß Association. I : NAPIER, Mabch 10. The. annual meeting of the Medical Association commenced here this evening under the presidency of Dr Spencer (Napier). Drß'Wa'ker (Auckland), Syme and Thomas (Christcburch), Chappie, M'Kenzie, Ewart and Pollen (Wellington), Cleghorn (Blenheim), Mirbach (Waipa-wa) and the local medical men were present. Dr Speccer read a paper on bacteriology, embodying a good deal of modern discovery in relation to bacteriocidal modes of treatment. The paper was ordered to be printed and circulated among the members. Papers were also read by Drs Thomas, M'Kodzo, Cleghoro and Moore on special cases.
