Walmsley, claim £2 10s; Mason, Struthers and Co. v. J. Wilcox, 15a Id j same v. E. Bayley, £1 5s 7d ; A. Begg v. C. Harold, £2 15s, Mr Weston, jun., for plaintiff j G. W. Staoiland v. W PeterBen, 15s j Wallace and Co. v. E. M. Peniberton, £5, Mr Berwick for plaintiff. The Official Assignee in Harper and Co.'v estate v. M. Giorchawski, claim .£1 8j ! 6d. Mr Beswick for plaintiff, for whom ! judgment waa given with costs.— J. G. Brown v. F. Wallace, for possession of premises. Mr von Haast for plaintiff, Mr Cresswell for defendant. Defendant was ordered to give up possession of the j premises within fourteen days, and to pay ! casts amounting to £1 13>. — G. Vale v. IE. Hawker, claim £2 13s. Mr Byrne for 'judgment creditor, Mr Cresßwell for ! debtor. Ability to pay was proved, | and the debtor was ordered to pay the j debt and co3ts within forty.-eighb hours, in • default fourteen days' imprisonment.
