[Pbb Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Fbb. 6. Mr Lowe, the dairy expert, reports that the London Butter Committee has not been working harmoniously, but that some of the members broke the agreement and Bold below the prices fixed. He states that there will be a good market for New Zealand apples of the best sorts, owing to the failure of the American and continental crops.
