The fourth case of typhoid. fever waa admitted to the hospital to-day from the French warßhip Duguay Trouin. The Beys T. W. Dunn and Frankeltoß, two members of the Presbyterian deputa--1 tion who arrived from Sydney recently to investigate the special settlement system, have interviewed the Crown Lands Com* I miasioner, who gave them every information. They visited the Swansoi settlement to-day, and went thence to Ie Aroha and Ngaruawahia (Firewood Creek settle- , ment). They return to Sydney in three weeks ts> furnish a report. ' * -
