JUNIOR CUP.

St Albansv. Midland SECOND.—This game was brought to a conclusion at St "Albana, when the home team won by ten wickets. Scores :— Midland 82 and 28 (Mnnford 14) ; St Albans 109 and 3 for no wickets. In the losera' second innings Cußack took six wickets for 10 run?, and Frith four for 14. United Second v. Lancaster Pabk SECOND.—This match resulted in a win for the former by five wickets. Scores ;— Lancaster Park 66 and 118 (Pavitt 42 not out, E. Waller 31 and Jackman 16); United 161 (W. Earman 76 not out, A. Robs 18, and E. J. Ross 11), and 24 for five wickets (R. D. Harman 10). Blythe and Davie bowled well for the victors, as did Johnston and Hawkins for the Park. Addington v. Warehousemen Second. The contest between these teams was resumed at Lancaster Park on Saturday, and at the call of time was unfinished. Scores :— Addington 72 and 259 (M'Murray 71, Stevens 48, J. A. Caygill 39, Hadfield 35 and Ogier 28); Warehousemen 73 and 5 for three wickets. Reese and M'Murray bowled best for their respective sides.

PRESIDENT'S CUP. Addinqton Second v. Midland Second. —This game was won by the former by 42 runs. Scores : — Addington, 104 and 41 ; Midland, 55 and 48 (M'Meekin 13 not out). Jones bowled beßt for the winners.

OTHER MATCHES.

Haglky Pabk v. Warehousemen Thieh. —This match resulted in a win for the Park team by 145 runs. Scores, 180 and 35. The principal scorers were j J. Forsyth 63 (retired), R. Ogier4l not out, G. Airey 34, Matson 17. Only one innings on each side was played. Foreyth and Petrie bowled well for the Park, as did Ledsham and Howard for tha Warehousemen. The games at Lancaster Park were suspended for a brief interval on Saturday, in order to allow of some presentations in connection with the late Auckland match being made v Mr W. H. Wynn-Williama appeared on the grand stand steps, and addressed the players and onlookers. He presented Mr Cuff with a bat given by Mr Charles Lewis, of Halswell, for hie recent score of 176, and also gave Mr Lawrence his own trophy, a selected bat, for his total of 167. Mr Robert3on was also presented with a purse of sovereigns, subscribed by his admirers, as a recognition of his fine bowling performances. NORTH CANTERBURY ASSOCIATION. # Continuing the North Canterbury Association Cup matches on Saturday, the Woodend thirteen gained an easy victory over the Cuat eleven. The match wbb played at Cusb. Woodend made 92, Mathias scoring 40, S. Smith 15 and J. Judaon 12. Cust made only 26, of which Sale scored 18 not out. The best bowling averages were made by A. Chapman (Cust) Uru, Judson and Garrard. The Ashley County Eleven defeated Amberley, at Rangiora, by 60 runs, a result due to the good batting of Helmore. The County scored 119, of which Helmoro made 72 not out, Mitchell 17 and Bailey 15. Amberley put together 59, Baird making 22. The best bowling averages were made by Morton and Wornall (Amberley), Banks and Gulliver. t
