Moscow, with 7sfc 41b, put down Donation, carrying Bst 121 b, in the Mordialloc Handicap, of one mile and a quarter, yesterday. Carnage runs to-day. There is no betting on ,the Caulfield Guineas in consequence or the small acceptances; One thousand to 80 ha 3 been taken about Jeweller for the Caulfield Cup, 500 to 15 Folham, 1000 to 22£ Hartington, 1600 to 30 Moss Rose, 1000. to 65 Moscow, 2500 to 125 Oxide. Sternohaser is at 100 to 3 for the Melbourne Cup. MELBOURNE, Oct. 14. In conseqnence of the heavy rainfall, the first day of the Caulfield Meeting has been postponed till Wednesday next.
