REPORT AND ANALYSIS BY PROFESSOR BICKERTON ■ ' nr EEPEBBNCE TO . TRENT BROS.' MAJtfTJFACTTTRES. Canterbury College, June 13, 1893. I hsive just completed an Analysis of Samples of each of the articles of food manufactured by Messrs TEENT BEOS. The Analysis shows the Samples to be of EXCELLENT QUALITY, well prepared and ABSOLUTELYFEEE FEOM THE SMALLEST TEACE OF ANY KIND OF DELETEEIOUS MATTEE. These Samples were selected personally from bulk, without any notice being given that I intended to procure them, I having been retained more than fifteen years ago by the Messrs Trent Bros, to make analyses at such times as might be convenient to myself. In making these analyses I was so struck with the uniform excellence of their manufacture, that for more than twelve years wehaveneverknowinglyused any other brand of any of the articles of food manufactured by the firm. I would, however, advise purchasers to obtain goods with TEENT BEOS.' BEAND, as more than once very inferior samples of bulk goods have been sold to us as Messrs Trent's manufacture ; on taking these samples to Messrs Ifcent and comparing them with their own bnlk goods, they have been proved to be spurious. I have on several occasions been through the factory, and can testify to the care taken to procu re Sigh-class Materials, and to ensure cleanliness and purity in the process, and uniform excellence hi the Manufacture.
