_♦- • [Per Pbsss Association. J NEW PLYMOUTH, Oct. 4. The criminal sittings of the Supreme Court opened this morning. The Judge, in addressing the Grand Jury, said that there was a larger number of indictments than usual, which embraced embezzlement, forgery, housebreaking, burglary, cattle and horse stealing and highway robbery. The Grand Jury returned true bills against Corken for horse stealing and Sisley for cattle stealftog, who pleaded "Guilty."
