At the Land Board, tha Commhsione asked for the opinion of the Board as t whether one person could apply for mor than one section, although he could tak up only one if successful. There was division cf opinion. One member state that the new system of bonds instead o deposits was a direct incentive to pluralit, of application?. The que.tion was. Snail; left unsettled.
